Food and Beverages are allowed at the discretion of the studio management.
Food and Beverages are NOT ALLOWED anywhere in the vicinity of the Workstation Desk.
50% Deposit is Required when making a studio booking, with the balance of the payment to be made at the commencement of the session.
Full and Final Payment must be made before any product can be released to the client.
Payment method is by cash or direct deposit.
Package pricing is to be paid in full prior to the commencement of the project. This applies to all Single, EP, Album and Mixing Packages.
Audio Visual Media is not responsible for late arrival to sessions and time will commence as per the booking.
Any changes or edits are made at the discretion of the studio and may incur charges.
Multi-Tracks are NOT RELEASED and remain the property of the studio.
Multi-Tracks can only be released upon special circumstances and only with the approval and at the discretion of studio management.
Audio Visual Media is bot liable for any data loss and/or damaged or corrupted files.
Audio Visual Media reserves the right to cut sessions short without explanation.Clients will be held liable for any damage and/or destruction to structural, cosmetician any equipment and/or property on the premises.
Audio Visual Media is not liable for any accidental damage and/or destruction of client property while on the premises.
Any downtime at the studio due to equipment malfunction and/or failure may still incur charges, at the discretion of studio management.
Mixing and Revisions
Incorrectly submitted files may incur charges.
The client has 4 weeks from receipt of the product to put forward any changes and / or edits for revision.
Each song can have a maximum of 5 revisions.
Attended revision sessions will be charged at a rate of $120 per hour.
Additional revisions will be charged at a rate of $80 per hour.
Audio Visual Media will have discretion if a revision is viable and / or reasonable.
Editing and/or Corrections to submitted performances are not constituted as revisions and will be charged a rate of $80 per hour.
Any Creative changes to the mix will be charged at a rate of $80 per hour.
